Dear Juniors, Seniors, and Parents,

We are excited that your prom has finally arrived! We hope that this prom will be an occasion that generates many happy memories for you. The prom will be held on the 26th of March from 8pm- 12am at Premier Resort @ Barefoot Resort and Golf Club in North Myrtle Beach. Plan to eat at the prom; we will serve heavy Hors d' oeuvres all evening. The following are reminders of opportunities and rules for this grand event.

Seniors will be issued one ticket at no cost provided that they attended last year’s prom as the primary ticket purchaser; if they did not attend there will be a $55.00 charge for the senior. In either situation, the senior must purchase a ticket at weekly price for their guest. Juniors may purchase 2 tickets at the weekly rate. A Junior or Senior must meet the eligibility requirements put forth in order to purchase their ticket(s), and the purchaser must be able to provide proof of eligibility for their guest, all attendees will be verified. Any tickets purchased under fraudulent terms or conditions can and will be revoked at any time.

Tickets will be available: January 25 to February 19 @ 55.00
February 22 to February 26 @ 65.00
March 1 to March 5 @ 75.00
March 8 to March 12 @ 85.00
March 15 to March 19 @ 95.00
March 22 to March 26 Prom Week (see note below)
During Prom Week, the availability of tickets will be very limited and based on building occupancy. If there is space available during this week the tickets will be 100.00.
No tickets will be sold at the door on Prom night.
So, plan early and purchase early!

Eligibility Requirements:
 You must submit the name of your guest. If you wish to change the name of the guest that you have given, this must be done before Wednesday, March 17, 2010.
 Signed contracts and early dismissal notes are due no later than 4:00pm Wednesday March 17, 2010.
 All guests must be under 25 years of age and no students/guests younger than 9th grade will be allowed to attend.
 The ticket purchaser is responsible for their guest and all behavior thereof.
 Guests must be in good standing with the public school system. Students who have been expelled, attending Alternative school, etc. are not eligible to attend.
 Homebound, Home-Based, and Early Graduate students are ineligible for prom ticket purchase.
 You and your guest must have a picture ID to enter the prom.
 You must arrive and sign in with your guest.
 If you leave the prom, you may not re-enter and your guest must leave with you.
 No Refunds, we must sign a contract based on occupancy. Verifiable emergencies will be considered.


On prom day, you must attend at least two blocks of school to attend the prom. Tickets and early dismissal passes will be given out at the end of your second block class on March 26th. If you plan to attend the prom and/or leave early, this letter must be signed and returned to Mrs. Bruton’s room E110 or Mrs. Clardy’s room E113 by March 17, 2010 otherwise a parent must physically come to CF and sign the student out or you may not receive your tickets. If there is no early dismissal time listed on this sheet, we will assume you are not leaving early on prom day. If you choose to leave early, this is an unexcused absence so plan your time wisely.

During the weeks of ticket sales, brochures from Strawbridge Photography will be available during lunches. Pick up a brochure and decide which picture package you would like and bring your money to the prom for the photographer.
