Athletic Director Boe Rainbow


Boe RainbowSince its beginning in 1997, the CFHS Panthers have competed in the AAA classification, and the athletic teams have seen much success.  In the 2009-2010 sports season, Carolina Forest competed in the 4A State Classification. This classification is the largest in the state. The season produced 4 Region VI AAAA Champions in each of the following sports: boys' cross country, girls' and boys' swim team, girls' golf, and girls' track. In the school's second season competing in the 4A classification, 16 of the 18 varsity teams qualified for the state playoffs. CFHS has won four Girls' Golf State Championships, one Lower State Wrestling Championship, and produced several individual state champions in swimming, golf, track, wrestling and strength competitions. Many of our varsity sports, such as volleyball, swimming, golf, girls' soccer, boys' soccer, girls' cross country, boys' cross country, girls' track, boys' track, girls' basketball, boys' basketball, wrestling, and baseball, have achieved Region Championships.

In 2009-10, Carolina Forest Athletics:
• Captured Five Region VI AAAA Championships (Girl’s and Boy’s Swimming, Girl’s Golf, Boy’s Cross Country, and Girls Track)
• Sixteen of the varsity sports reached post season play.
• Eight seniors received athletic scholarships.
